Refund policy

We want our customers to be happy with Fabiana Hoy.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges need to be initiated within several days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you. Please contact support@artistadmin.co.za to initiate the return process.

We permit returns/ or exchanges in the following instances:

The correct product has been delivered to you.

The product delivered to you was damaged or defective.

The product has the incorrect size or specifications.

Products returned must be used and undamaged, in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund delivery fees.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will offer you store credit for the value of the item.

We do not permit for sale items or gift cards.
